This season Lehmann’s Bakery has an array of holiday cookies and pastries to compliment your festive table and party needs, or treat friends and families to enjoy as gifts. Our holiday assortment of cookies is sold by the pound and includes favorites such as Pecan Shortbread Dreams, the original Red & Green Sugar Cookie, Thumb Prints, and Lehmann’s Spritz Cookies which are each made by hand. We offer two varieties of Stollen. The traditional old world European Stollen is brushed with Wisconsin creamery butter and rolled in sugar. Our own holiday Stollen is generously covered with rich white fondant icing and garnished with fruit. Both Stollen varieties are made with our famous sweet dough and fruit soaked in Rum. Our goal is for our seasonal specialties to make your celebration special.
